VT Education & Skills
This involved the integration of two major acquisitions into an existing and similar business in 3 months. Achievements include:
- Improved business and operational model (centralised administration and remote system access)
- Improved and consistent corporate image
- The introduction of common process and procedures
- Removal of £9million of cost (Property, IT, indirect spend, Awarding Bodies)
VT Flagship
The Integration of a £110Million turnover company (VT Flagship) into VT Education & Skills (£125 Million turnover). Roles and achievements include:
- Project managed the overall integration in addition to managing the supply chain stream of work
- Achieved certified saving / cost reductions of over £10Million per annum through reorganisation, efficiencies and cost reductions
- Introduction of shared services for Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Commercial
- ‘Adequate’ communication
- Relocating the Headquarters and creation of a central shared services facility
IT issues resolved as a result of the mixture of varying levels of security.
Management of the integration budget
The introduction and roll out of common supply chain agreements and solutions e.g. an RPO solution for recruitment with effective ‘routes to market’
